Old School Reissue Decks Deck width: 9.89" Deck length: 31.32" Deck nose: 5.05" Deck tail: 6.7" Deck wheelbase: 15.38" Deck shape: 144 Deck concave: K15 New school short 4 truck hole pattern About the Artwork: Arguably the most iconic skateboard graphic of all time, "The Ripper" was illustrated in 1983 by legendary Powell-Peralta artist V.C. Johnson. Originally the graphic was used as a "Bones Sold Here" dealer window sticker. Next, the artwork found it's way onto t-shirts and eventually decks. The Ripper graphic has stood the test of time and has been a staple of the Powell-Peralta line for over 30 years. Originally Released: 1983 Artwork by: Vernon Courtlandt Johnson Powell-Peralta™ Re-Issue Construction Powell-Peralta re-issue decks are close reproductions of their 1980’s counterparts, featuring the original Pro graphics and shape, top graphic logo and concave. Made with their partner in Mexico, materials include U.S. hard rock maple and glue that meets PP specifications, warranted against delamination for their useful life. Shape and graphics created in Santa Barbara, CA.
